Should you require a refund for an incorrect transaction, please submit your request via email to businesscentre@ezy-clean.co.uk or in writing to the following address:

Refund requests should be made within 7 days of the incorrect transaction. All refunds will be processed within 24 hours of the request being made. If we find that EZY-CLEAN WINDOWS Ltd has charged your card correctly then we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the transaction.
