We promise that whenever a client informs us they are not satisfied with the results of a visit then we'll arrange for a revisit, free of charge. Our customers are the sole judge of our work. We want to meet or exceed expectations at all times.
Our customer service telephone line is open between 9.00am to 5.00pm on 0330 223 2111. We ask our customers to notify us of the problem as soon as possible after the problem is identified. Any message left on the voicemail overnight will be actioned before 10.30am the following morning.
Weather is no excuse. We designed our unique system with the great british weather in mind. If anything the rain makes the job that little bit easier, so we'll be able to deliver the same quality clean, come rain or shine.
Just refer to our Quality Promise if you're not 100% satisfied, and we'll seek to rectify the situation as soon as we possibly can.
